* awful news today...
Something dreadful has happened. But I mustn't write about it just yet. Maybe in a few days when I know more...
I will ask any of you out there to pray for someone unknown to you who really needs your prayers - as the next few days/weeks are critical.

This entry will probably be short because although I can't write about what's happened, I find it hard to think about anything else.
Maybe I'll just enter my universal prayer here. You can say it for yourself, for those you love, for those you don't love, for the world - or in this case, you may say it for someone unknown to you who needs it now:
May you be at peace
May your heart remain open
May you awaken to the light of your own true nature
May you be healed
May you be a source of healing for all beings
