* done for 6 months...maybe

Well, we got through the Mammo and the chest x-ray yesterday with good news.  Won't get the results of the CATSCAN for a few days.  But it went well.  Actually after drinking all the gook they give you to drink, and waiting 4 hours for them to call you, the actual scanning only took about 10 minutes.  I was amazed.  They took a scan, pulled you out, gave you an IV, took another and that was it.

Told the technician that the other previous scans had definitely taken a lot longer.  He said that the new machines were very fast.  Fine with me.  I just wish they would come up with a new method for Mammograms.  I can't see how squishing you flat as a pancake can be good for you....

Oh well, I won't complain.  So far, so good.

Have a million things to do in the next few days so I probably won't have a lot of time for journaling.  But I will try to do it first thing in the morning with my coffee before the day's business begins.

Wanted to note that I released 5 more Gulf Frits when we got back from the hospital yesterday.  And so far this morning, I've released 2.  Can't be more than 2 or 3 left...
