New Design for 2002 Wednesday, January 2, 2002 *Trying to find a new look for the New Year... This may only be a place marker as I've quite a bit to do today that takes precedence over journaling. But I wanted to get it started so as not to forget it altogether. Not sure that this makes a lot of sense as the old adage says either do it well or not at all... but sometimes it just doesn't work that way. Looking for a simpler design - something easy on the eyes and comfortable. I liked the old notebook background - reminiscent of written journaling, but feel the need to change... May continue on this later this evening, but for now must go on to other matters. Well, it's 7:00 PM, and I'm back but don't intend to delve into any deep subject here. Thought I'd just mention that I spent a good part of yesterday (first day of the New Year) reading a good book and sleeping in front of the fireplace... We ate our traditional Cabbage and Black Eyed Peas (along with a delicious Pork Roast - or so DH and Mama said since I don't eat much meat), and toasted 2002 with a little champagne! Quiet, but nice.
