* got a "go"...

Well, last doctor visit done and over with.  Got a "go for the next 6 months"!  Still have the CATSCAN and bone density to schedule - but those are easy tests and being done more for peace of mind than anything else... or as the Specialist says, "just to cover our bases".

Not a lot else to say here.  Weather is still cold.  But the sun is out. Besides the Bradford Pears and the Daffadils, the Redbuds are blooming!  And I'm sure that depending on where - more blooms will be showing up in the next week or so.

Find it hard to realize that some people are already seeing
Monarch butterflies
and the Ruby-throated hummingbirds! But most of these siteings are South of here.  I did see one of those small white butterflies yesterday, though - and was amazed because it just seemed too cold and dreary for it to be out.

Have been thinking that I'd like to take an illustration course. This is not a new idea, but one I've played around with along with more digital photography and painting classes.  Maybe
this Fall..
.

I've a friend that's been after me for years to look into marketing my stories, but somehow that's never been a priority. Maybe the time is not right.  It would be nice if when DH retired, we could have a little money coming in - but just not sure about the timing. It's always been one of those, "maybe one day..." things.

Crazy as it sounds, part of the reason is that they are my 'babies' and the thought of giving the rights to them over to someone else as well as the the illustration, etc. doesn't set well with me.  What I'd really like to do is write, illustrate, and market them myself.

maybe... one day...

Happy TGIF!
